Mindful Meditation and Movement

This five-week class series explores meditation and gentle movement to de-stress, improve focus, and cultivate a positive outlook. We will practice sitting and walking meditations as well as gentle yoga. Participants will learn all they need to establish a regular home meditation practice. 

The one-hour classes, offered through the Foothills Adult & Continuing Education program, are on successive Monday evenings.

Class dates are: Nov. 6, Nov. 13, Nov. 20, Nov. 27, Dec. 4. To register, go to EdAdvance.org and type "Mindful Meditation and Movement" in the search box.  The cost is $49 for the five-week class series.
